We understand that limited payment options can be inconvenient.
While our products (including Amanita muscaria) are legal, many payment providers are still hesitant to work with businesses like ours. Because of this, we’re currently unable to offer faster or more widely used payment methods.
We’re actively working to improve this. If you know of payment providers that support businesses like ours, we’d appreciate your suggestions.

Tracking Issued
Once funds clear, your An Post Tracking Number is issued within 24 hours.
Shipping Information
All orders ship from Ireland, typically within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Ireland: 1–3 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
Please note: courier delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. holidays), so we recommend ordering early where possible.
Shipping Method
All orders (including International Shipping) are shipped via standard post with a tracking number provided unless otherwise arranged.
If you’d prefer tracked delivery, please email us before placing your order and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
Tracking for The New International Shipping Standard
- To ensure absolute security for our international community, all international orders include tracking as standard. Your parcel is monitored from our Irish workshop to your door, providing peace of mind through every border.
Where We Ship
We now ship worldwide, but with the exception of a small number of restricted countries.
However, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we feel that the legal or logistical risk is too high — this is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is entirely at our discretion.
IMPORTANT
Amanita Muscaria is legal in many countries, but local import laws vary. We strongly encourage you to do your own research and check with your country’s customs office before ordering. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll do our best to advise based on recent experience.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase — and we stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason it didn’t suit you, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
You’re welcome to open and try the product. We understand that’s the only way to know if it works for you. All we ask is that no more than 5% of the product is used if you decide its not for you. If you’ve used more than that, get in touch anyway and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping costs are covered by you.
Once we receive the item and confirm the condition, we’ll issue a full refund (Minus Postage) to your original payment method.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow:
- Up to 10 working days (Ireland/UK)
- Up to 15 working days (International)
from the date of dispatch before contacting us, as postal delays can occur.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement. In some cases, this will be shipped via tracked or express delivery.
Please note that refunds are not automatically issued for delayed or lost orders. Each case is reviewed individually, and resolutions are provided at our discretion.
We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout where available, as it offers greater security and visibility for your delivery.
