My prefered products so far are the Amanita Regalis caps and the tincture.
The Tincture is perfect for experimenting with the right dosage to get a good energy flow and the caps are just delicious and great for a more spiritual experience.
What surprised me the most is that I haven’t had a glass of alcohol since I started this microdosing journey again.

Having come across Robs posts on Instagram I was intrigued and decided to trail some Amanita Mascaria.
My main reason for actual looking into AM was to help with providing a better sleep as after working shift for a number of years I was finding it hard to sleep undisturbed.
I originally ordered dried caps but Rob generously included a sample of 2025 Irish AM capsules.
So I decided to give these a go prior to preparing caps for a tea solution for the purpose of micro dosing.
The initial euphoric sensation has eased giving way to a real sense of calmness and focus
After 4 days on the micro dosing program, I probably had the two best consecutive nights sleep I’ve had in years waking up refreshed and energised.
This convinced me to go and purchase more Irish AM capsules from the soulsync shop.
Just a couple of personal observations
I’ve moved consumption of the capsule to the evenings from the morning after the third day and it seems to be suiting me better – this may not be the case for everyone
one other effect I have noticed is my appetite has changed I’m not looking to snack between meals and in the evenings again this may not be something everyone experienced or wants, but for me it’s a plus as I’m currently carrying an extra bit of timber around.
I have noticed a real change in my moods, I’m alot more positive and less likely to get irritated I don’t know if this is just that I’m sleeping better or if AM is a directly helping.
